  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 2 scoop of Herbalife protein baked goods mix
  • delicious high protein waffles,
  • 2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla essence or Banana flavor essence
  • 2 tbsp of canola oil

Method Instructions

  1. For 30 seconds, blend the egg whites, milk, vanilla or banana essence, and one tablespoon of canola oil, then add the egg yolk and mix well.
  2. In that blended liquid batter, combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, salt to taste, Herbalife Nutrition Protein powder Mix, and Formula 1 Herbalife nutrition. Blend all of these ingredients together for 1 minute, or until a smooth batter forms.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add two tablespoons of water and blend again.
  4. Turn on the waffle maker and spray it with nonstick spray.
  5. If the waffle maker is hot enough, pour the batter in and spread on top.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  7. Using a toothpick, check to see if the waffle is cooked on the inside. If the toothpick is clean, the waffles are done.
  8. Remove them from the waffle iron and set them aside to cool for a few minutes.
  9. Your Herbalife Waffle is now ready for serving with sugar-free syrups. ENJOY:)
