- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
For Tarri
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup Water
Method Instructions
Make ragda
- Cook the peas. Then, in a pan, cook the mustard seeds, heeng, onion, ginger-garlic mixture.
- Combine chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste in a mixing bowl.
- Combine some water, boiled peas, and choped boiled potato. Allow it to cook for a few minutes on low heat.
Make tari
- Mix oil, crushed garlic, and red chili powder in a pan. Now, add some water and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the hot ragda with the cooked red chili and crushed garlic.
Garnish and serve
- Serve garnished with grated carrots, chutneys, and onions!
